Advanced Step:  This is an advanced, dynamic, choreographed workout that incorporates high energy, lots of choreography and step platforms.  Class is fast paced and requires basic step knowledge. (Lynnette)

 

Beginner Step:  One hour total body workout including step aerobics and abdominal exercises.  All ages and fitness levels are welcome to attend. (Denise)

 

HARDCORE Sculpt:  Advanced aerobic class to build flexibility and tone entire body.  Strength training and weights. (Lynnette)

 

Sculpt & Stretch (Ends in April, Water Aerobics will replace this am class on Tuesday and Thursday):  Maximize your flexibility & tone your entire body.  (Lynnette)

 

Water Aerobics:  Full body sculpting workout in the pool with Styrofoam weights.  This is appropriate for all age groups; individuals just getting started, joint problems, after surgeries, after the birth of child, etc.  (AM:  Lynnette & PM:  Denise)

 

Cardio Craze:  Get ready to rock:  kickboxing, step, Pilates, and much more! This is a full body workout that can be individually modified from low to high impact with the added benefit of high intensity from beginning to end.  Come prepare to sweat and make those fat cells “Have Mercy”! (Kim)

 

POWER Sculpt:  Explosive energy aerobic movements keeping your heart rate up while toning exercises work your entire body.  Great class to start with and great class to keep you going! High/lo impact.  (Melissa)

 

Kids Aerobics: Come & jump, run, and play! Kids will have a great time & a great workout. High energy, light weights, simple cardio & tailored to your kids! (Jaron & Jeannie )

 

Step Aerobics: A basic yet invigorating workout. Step platforms, simple choreography, hi/lo impact with great toning exercises. Great for everyone! (Syble and Laura)

 

Teacher’s Choice:  Thanks for teaching our kids all day!  This class has been specifically created and designed for you!  School is out for the day; get your workout in early.  It is a combination of step aerobics, sculpting and abdominal work.  (Denise)

 

Yoga (evening classes):  Iuengar Style Yoga concentrates on alignment and breath awareness.  This class offers both static and dynamic movement to allow for mind/body awareness and to identify stress and tension.  Through each pose we begin to release tension in the body and begin to create new muscle memory, allowing for greater range of motion and improved concentration.  All skill levels welcome.
