Lynette Carter:
Lynette has a passion for fitness and helping others of all ages achieve their personal fitness
goals. She has been with Total Family Fitness Center as a fitness instructor for over 2 years.
She has taught Beginner Step Aerobics, Advanced Step Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Sculpting,
and Strengthening and Conditioning. She has studied nutrition for nearly 30 years. Lynette
wants to help you obtain optimum well being through becoming active, obtaining a proper diet,
and all health-related components of becoming physically fit.
Having 8 children herself Lynette knows the importance of exercise during pregnancy and
toning the body after child birth. If you are pregnant or have just recently delivered a child she
can instruct you on strength training, keeping fit during pregnancy for an easier delivery and how
to quickly get back in shape after delivery
As your Personal Trainer; Lynette can help you improve your strength and flexibility to
transform your body and your life. Also for those that are rehabilitating from illness or injury she
will help your recovery by contouring a program to your personal situation, thereby helping you
achieve better mobility and meet your personal goals for overall health and happiness.
