All of our freshly milled baked goods start with whole wheat berries, lecithin, and freshly milled flax seed along with a variety of the freshest and finest quality ingredients available. Freshly milled wheat berries contain 40 of the 44 known essential nutrients our bodies need and are naturally obtained from foods! Lecithin breaks down cholesterol and is a natural de-scaler. Flaxseed is nature's riches source of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids and contains mucilage and soluble fiber which regulate cholesterol levels, are a natural laxative, & act as an anti-cancer agent.

Our meals are made from scratch using "NatureWell" Angus Beef.
